Welcome to Incwadi, a South African online journal of poetry and photography, edited by Ingrid Andersen. There are two issues a year, in Spring and Autumn.
Submissions by South African poets/photographers to the Spring 2011 issue are invited, deadline 15th August 2011. Email submissions of up to five unpublished poems or photographs can be made to incwadi.editor(at)gmail.com (Replace the (at) with an @). Please collect the poetry as one attachment in an MS Word document to your email. Photographs should be below 500kb in size.
Work previously published in the author’s own book/s or blog/s will be accepted, provided it has not appeared in any other print/online journals, blogs or publications.
All work featured in Incwadi is owned by the respective contributing poets and artists, including all copyrights. It does not necessarily reflect the opinions of the editor and the publishers.
Copying, reprinting or reproducing them in any form without the written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
